Theja Lake View Resort consists of 11 rooms both AC and Non AC rooms. All rooms have attached shower rooms.

ROOM 1- is an AC room with 3 double beds and an attached shower room. Ac room on offer for Rs 5500. Can occupy 6 people easily.
This room has a separate entrance as well.
Room 2 and 3 - are also AC Family rooms with a large bed and a double bed- it can occupy 5 people without a problem. these 2 rooms are adjoining the living room on the ground floor.
On offer for Rs 5000
ROOM 5 - NON AC DOUBLE ROOM with a fan and an attached Shower Room. Costs RS 2500. This room is on 1st floor with another door to the balcony. Can occupy 2 people.
Room 6 - NON AC FAMILY ROOM - it has a large bed and a double bed. Can occupy 5 people. Has a fan and a large shower room.
On offer for Rs 3600.
Room 7 - is an AC, HOT WATER Family Room with a large shower room. It has a large king size bed and a double bed. This room can occupy 5 people easily.
Room 8,9 and 10 are small double bedrooms with attached shower rooms. it has AC and hot water. 9 and 10 rooms have gorgeous mountain range scenery with the lake view. Both rooms have a shared balcony.

All above rooms have mosquito nets and fans if need be.
We have 2 living areas on 1st floor and also on Ground Floor.
In the garden also we have table and chairs if anyone wish to sit and have a beer or two.
There is also a dining area both on the Ground floor balcony and also in the basement where we have a kithen, servant room and a bathroom for the staff.
To get to our resort please come via Galle Matara Rd until Clock Tower Roundabout and turn to left as if you are going to Kiri Vehara.
This is Raja Mawatha and you must come about 4 1/4 km on that road. Then you see our Resort on the right hand side near the BODIRAJA VIHARAYA TEMPLE.
if you coming on the express highway, please exit at MATTALA and drive along this road, then take the LUNUGAMWEHERA RD for 5 km and then turn left to Raja Mawatha and proceed along this road for another 4 1/4 km. Then you see our guest house with a board attached to our wall after passing Bodiraja Vihara on the left.
WE HAVE AMPLE PARKING SPACE ON OUR PROPERTY AND IT IS PROTECTED BY CCTV CAMERAS.
