Job Description:
Sales Responsibilities:
Engage with customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide detailed information about our jewellery collections. Assist in product selection, provide styling suggestions, and ensure a smooth and personalized sales experience. Accurately process invoices and complete sales transactions.
Cashier Duties:
Handle cash and card transactions with precision. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure a secure and professional checkout process.
Additional Tasks:
Support daily showroom operations, assist in visual merchandising, and perform administrative tasks as required. Coordinate with the finance team for sales documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
Strong customer service and sales skills with a polished, professional approach.
Good understanding of billing and POS systems.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
Computer literacy and basic math skills.
Friendly, confident, and team-oriented personality.
