About the Role
Structa Engineering & Contractors (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is passionate about marketing, branding, and digital content, and who is eager to grow within the construction and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Structa Engineering and its sub-brands.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials such as posts, brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Support content creation including captions, basic visuals, reels, and short videos.
• Handle online and offline inquiries generated through marketing channels.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Assist in organizing promotions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time from the office in Kollupitiya.
