# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Full qualifications in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
【~】✪ Minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in internal auditing.
【~】✪ A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including CBSL regulations and FIU guidelines for Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
【~】✪ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
【~】✪ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
【~】✪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Oversee the annual internal audit program, ensuring comprehensive coverage of selected areas, while adhering to set timelines and audit frequencies.
【~】✪ Collaborate in the development of the annual audit plan, prepare Audit Committee reports, and contribute to setting internal procedures.
【~】✪ Conduct process reviews, special assignments, and review the Manual of Procedures as required.
【~】✪ Lead quarterly compliance audits and ensure the effective functioning of the compliance department.
【~】✪ Supervise, mentor, and guide audit staff, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
【~】✪ Produce clear, concise, and actionable audit reports with well-founded recommendations for improvements.
【~】✪ Identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and provide practical and economical solutions.
【~】✪ Engage with senior management during audits to discuss findings and work collaboratively toward corrective action.
【~】✪ Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of recommendations.
【~】✪ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and the internal audit team.
