【~】✪Act as the unit head of Talent Management unit at HR department.
【~】✪Lead the design and execution of talent management strategies including talent acquisition and development.
【~】✪Responsible for developing the annual training calendar by identifying and collating training needs from mid-year and year end appraisal process.
【~】✪Develop, organize and host the company induction program for newcomers.
Responsible for the company management trainee development program.
【~】✪Be in-charge of the eLearning platform of the company - CF Digital Learning Hub, with the processes of adding new users, maintaining MIS, developing learning modules etc.
Skills and Qualifications
【~】✪A Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA will be considered a strong asset.
【~】✪ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources within reputable organizations, with at least 4 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
Proficiency in both Sinhala and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Tamil is considered an advantage.
【~】✪Proven ability to be an inspirational team player with strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
【~】✪Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
【~】✪Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.

【~】✪Actively engage with the business heads to identify specific training requirements of the
department/unit and provide sustainable training interventions, using a gap analysis to cater to the said requirement.
