【~】✪ Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, relationship management, product development or product management, preferably within the financial services sector.
【~】✪ Possess excellent communication skills in Sinhala and Tamil.
【~】✪ Possess effective negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship building skills.
【~】✪ Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
【~】✪ A passion for auto financing and a thirst for continuous learning.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Ensure regional product/channel targets are achieved through implementing product strategies which are in line with the goals and objectives of the company.
【~】✪ Liaise with RMS /RSMs and prepare a regional/branch level marketing plan for assigned products/ channels and effective execution of the same.
【~】✪ Monitor the results of marketing initiatives executed at branches/region level.
【~】✪ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product/channel, analyze metrics regularly, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product/channel performance.
【~】✪ Liaise with Senior Manager - Marketing to develop and execute center marketing campaigns.
【~】✪ Collaborate with the cross functional team for product development and new initiatives.
【~】✪ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to drive product innovation and enhancements.
