Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients and produce dishes according to recipes, plating guides, and menu specifications to meet high-quality standards.
Mise-en-Place: Prepare all necessary mise-en-place for their designated section in a timely manner.
Support Roles: Assist Commis 1 and senior chefs (Demi Chef/Chef de Partie) with various tasks and operate different kitchen stations as assigned.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including cleaning, sanitation, and temperature control (e.g., HACCP).
Stock Management: Assist in checking stock, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) of ingredients.
