Role: Senior Pastry Chef
Key responsibilities:
• Craft a variety of high-quality, innovative croissants and other pastry items.
• Expertise in Croissant Making
• While traditional croissants are essential, the chef should also be skilled in creating various types of croissants, such as Almond, Chocolate, Pistachios, Matcha, Ham and Cheese, or other innovative fillings and flavors. This variety can attract a wider range of customers and cater to different preferences.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in every batch of croissants.
• Collaborate on menu development with a focus on creative pastry offerings.
• Manage the pastry production process, maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
• Engage in ingredient selection and inventory management to uphold product quality.
What we are looking for:
• Proven expertise in croissant making, with a deep understanding of techniques such as lamination and dough resting.
• Creativity in developing new flavors and variations of croissants.
• At least [2 years] of professional experience in pastry making, with a focus on croissants.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Age between 23 – 55 years.

Salary scale:
• Rs. 75000.00 + Service Charge + Allowances (Up to Rs. 200,000.00 depend on skills and qualifications)
