💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Must-Have:
Prior experience in fintech or payments receivables
Collections leadership or financial reconciliation experience
Proven ability to drive overdue recovery
Proven ability to maintain billing accuracy
Strong coordination skills across Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with PAYable workflows, commission processes, and merchant settlement cycles
Experience leading or supervising a team

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Oversee daily Merchant Receivables operations and coordinate the receivables team
Monitor collections performance across rentals, pending payments, and overdue balances
Drive overdue recovery and minimize aged receivables
Ensure timely payment settlement and financial reconciliation
Monitor billing accuracy across invoices and quotations
Ensure all receivables logs, trackers, and reports are updated accurately
Support commission process and agent clearance activities
Manage escalations related to collections, settlements, and reconciliation
Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance teams
Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
