🔻Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
🔻Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
🔻Manage and enhance HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
🔻Handle performance management systems and employee development plans.
🔻Provide strategic support in organizational planning and HR analytics.
🔻Address employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
📌A minimum of 3–6 years of HR experience in fashion retail industry.
📌A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
📌Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
📌Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
📌A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
