RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive digital online banner ad sales for ikman
* Pitch to potential clients across industries
* Build long-term relationships and tailor ad solutions
* Present proposals and close deals confidently
* Track performance and meet monthly targets
* Use CRM tools to manage clients and campaigns
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in media or service-based sales
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and time management
* Comfortable working independently and handling multiple clients
* Familiar with digital ads, CRM systems & MS Office
* Female candidates preferred
