**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
- **Team Management:**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring:**
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Implement improvements based on sales performance data and market feedback.
- **Business Development:**
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's products and services.
- **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and potential clients.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the security products industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the security products industry.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
- Strong network of contacts in the industry.
