The Job Role:
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience from relevant merchandising activities.
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes.
• Preparing the data and analyze prospective and existing customers.
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine market success.
• Any other functions as assigned based on work demand.
Experience & Qualifications:
• At Least 5 Years of Experience in the Marketing or Business Development field.
• Selling Experience in the Beverage/FMCG for GT, HORECA & MT Will be an Added Advantage.
• Professional Qualification from a reputed Institute Related to Sa les and Marketing.
• Basic Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Having a Valid Riding License and Own a Motor Bike is a Must.
