COORDINATE WITH THE CULINARY TEAM TO ENSURE THE QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERINGS
MOST BE ABLE TO TALK AND COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS WELL AND ASK THE ISSUE AND FEEDBACK OF CUSTOMERS
HANDLE CUSTOMERS, FEEDBACK, AND COMPLAINTS PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, STRIVING TO EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT, PREFERABLY IN A HIGH-VOLUME, UPSCALE ESTABLISHMENT.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY WITH GUESTS, STAFF, AND VENDORS.
DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A FOCUS ON DELIVERING IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND MAINTAINING A PRISTINE ENVIRONMENT.
