* ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සතුටු කිරීම සඳහා ඉහළම ගුණාත්මකභාවය, සනීපාරක්ෂාව සහ සේවා ප්රමිතීන් පවත්වා ගැනීම.
* සෞඛ්ය සහ ආරක්ෂක රෙගුලාසි සමඟ පූර්ණ අනුකූලතාවයක් සහතික කිරීම.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to hit service and sales targets.
* Handle purchasing/procurement and maintain steady stock flow.
* Oversee POS and inventory management; ensure accurate counts and timely ordering.
* Maintain top quality, hygiene, and service standards to delight customers.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff; manage performance.
* Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and wastage to protect profitability.
* Drive business development initiatives – plan promotions, partnerships, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
+ Minimum 5+ years in a similar role (restaurant/hotel/bakery preferred).
+ Strong leadership and people management skills.
+ Excellent multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
+ Solid experience with POS and inventory systems.
+ Proven track record in purchasing/procurement and vendor handling.
+ Strong communication and ownership mindset.
