Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage sewing operators, helpers, and finishing staff.
Plan daily production targets and ensure work is completed on time.
Check quality at each stage and maintain children’s garment safety standards.
Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing processes.
Solve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Maintain production reports and communicate with management daily.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Train new staff and guide them to improve performance.
