Need a young attractive, energetic, polite, outgoing professional, preferably a female with secratarial experience. Job requires knowledge in MS Office package, taking meeting minutes, organising calendar, coordinating meetings, organising/attending/representing official events. This will be to assist the Chairman and his office. Able to work in English and singhalese (other languages would be an added advantage).
