AMA Tactical Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, paid ads, web development, and content strategies that help businesses scale. We are expanding our outreach team and looking for a driven Junior Sales Representative to promote our backlink services to new prospects.
Role Overview
The Junior Sales Representative will focus primarily on outbound outreach—calling and emailing prospects to introduce AMA Tactical Media’s backlink services. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing early pipeline conversations, and supporting the senior sales team in closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and send structured email sequences to warm and cold leads.
- Promote AMA Tactical Media’s backlink services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Identify and qualify prospects who would benefit from SEO and link-building support.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through daily outreach quotas and follow-ups.
- Log all activities, conversations, and status updates in the CRM.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a confident communication style.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to optimize scripts, pitches, and outreach workflows.
- Meet monthly KPIs for outreach, responses, and qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach.
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing (training will be provided).
- Coachable, organized, and goal-driven.
- Prior sales or customer outreach experience is an asset, but not required.
- Be able to speak English fluently without an accent
Compensation
- 60,000 per month salary + opportunity to make commission on sales.
- Additional bonuses based on conversions and outreach success.
- Growth opportunities within AMA Tactical Media’s sales and account management teams.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday. [7:30PM-3:30AM (UTC+5:30)] 9AM - 5PM(Eastern Standard Time)
