Junior Executive – Customer Care Coordinator

Job Profile

Coordinate hospital admissions and discharges promptly and efficiently

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of claim forms

Facilitate medicine delivery as required

Provide exceptional support to customers throughout their care journey

Eligibility Criteria

Willing to work on a roster basis including night shifts

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil (both spoken and written)

Basic medical knowledge will be an added advantage

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Must reside within Colombo suburbs
