WE ARE HIRING: Customer Care Executive
Cashray, a leading financial services company based in Colombo 05, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, providing solutions, and contributing to business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries with accurate and timely information about our services and procedures.
- Convert inbound calls to potential leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering a high standard of service.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are fully resolved.
- Support marketing and recovery teams with customer-related communications when required.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or call centre operations (experience in financial services is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office and customer databases.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
- Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and willingness to learn.
