Key Responsibilities:
🌟 Plan, coordinate, and execute inbound tour programs across Sri Lanka
🏨 Handle hotel bookings, transport arrangements, guides, and safari reservations
📞 Communicate with suppliers and ensure smooth tour operations
📝 Prepare itineraries and operational files
⚡ Monitor tour execution and resolve operational issues promptly
🤝 Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams
🌍 Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
✅ Experience in tour operations or inbound travel (preferred)
🗺️ Good knowledge of Sri Lanka travel destinations and routes
💬 Strong communication and coordination skills
⏱️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tours
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
🗣️ Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
