Duties
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update attendance records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in attendance and leave records.
- Calculate overtime (OT) hours and ensure accurate payment.
- Support in preparing payroll, attendance, and OT reports.
- Collaborate with the HR team on daily administrative tasks.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and OT.
qualifications
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
