【~】✪Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management.
【~】✪Sound knowledge about labour laws & stipulated regulations.
【~】✪Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate culture environment in similar capacity.
【~】✪Proven HR analytical & Presentation skills.
【~】✪Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
【~】✪Should be very familiar with HRIS systems and IT.
【~】✪Ability to supervise and administer the work of the staff.
【~】✪Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪Prepare required reports to the management and for periodical meetings.
【~】✪Handling all statutory payments/documents in a systematic manner for further decision making and generating reports for the management.
【~】✪Periodically handling performance reviews and evaluations of various departments.
【~】✪Prepare/provide documentation on salary confirmations, service letters, EPF/ETF documents,and other letters/documents.
Working Hours (Monday to Saturday 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM)
