【~】✪professional qualifications related to the HR field
【~】✪1-2 YEARS of proven experience in HR and administration.
【~】✪Solid understanding of HR principles
【~】✪Added advantage who can speak Tamil
【~】✪Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
【~】✪Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
【~】✪Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
【~】✪ Knowledge in payroll preparation & processing
【~】✪ Ability to provide administrative support to the management with report preparation and record keeping
【~】✪ Sound computer knowledge is very essential (Ms office & E- mail)
