What We're Looking For:

- A culinary professional with a passion for crafting exceptional dishes that delight both the palate and the eyes.

- Expertise in Western-Sri Lankan fusion cuisine, with a focus on utilizing locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of 5-7 kitchen staff in a creative, fun, and inclusive work environment.

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

- Innovative ideas to help develop a memorable menu that resonates with our guests.
