STREET BURGER is a leading Gourmet Burger Restaurant Chain with 6 outlets and over 100 employees. We’re expanding and looking for passionate HR professionals to join our team to support our growth, promote a strong workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records with strong data integrity and confidentiality.
• Handle HR tasks related to payroll, HRMS, attendance, leave, and EPF/ETF.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee relations, resolving queries and issues.
• Conduct performance management processes to enhance productivity.
• Support employee training and development to promote career growth.
• Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support for management, events, and projects.
• Track and report on HR metrics to improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong HR generalist background.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Sinhala & Tamil preferred).
• Proficiency in digital HR systems and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
