Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: LKR 40,000 Basic+ Performance Incentive (up to LKR 75,000)
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. We are looking for someone with proven experience in digital marketing, who can demonstrate success with a track record of achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling digital content (e.g., banners, videos, blogs, etc.).
Collaborate with other teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Manage and optimize SEO for the company website to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
Analyze customer and market trends to provide recommendations for campaign improvements and new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports for management on the performance and ROI of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in eCommerce or B2C marketing will be an advantage.
