Our client, a fast-growing Recruitment company operating in Australia and New Zealand, is expanding globally and looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in Graphic Design. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and social media strategies while working closely with corporate clients across Australia.
What You’ll Do:
Digital Content Creation: Design and produce engaging social media content, including graphics, banners, infographics, and short-form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with teams to develop, plan, and implement effective social media marketing strategies aimed at growing brand presence and increasing engagement for automotive and corporate clients.
Campaign Management: Monitor and manage social media campaigns, ensuring content is aligned with client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies based on analytics and performance metrics.
Graphic Design & Branding: Use your graphic design skills to maintain consistent branding across all digital channels, ensuring all visual assets reflect the client’s voice and identity.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with client account managers, graphic design teams, and other stakeholders to bring creative briefs to life, providing regular updates on project progress.
Trend Analysis & Reporting: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media developments, and graphic design best practices. Analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.
Support Events & Shoots: Assist with planning and executing content creation for promotional events and shoots, ensuring all creative assets align with marketing objectives.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven Graphic Design Skills: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Social Media Expertise: Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and trends, with experience creating content that drives engagement.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Hands-on experience with social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO best practices.
Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.
