🔹 Position: Customer Support Executive – Online Sales (Onsite Job)
📍 Location: Colombo 06, Sri Lanka
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
Assist customers with product details, pricing, and order placement
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Manage and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with warehouse/showroom teams for order processing
Support daily online sales operations and targets
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum qualification: O/L or A/L (Diploma is an added advantage)
Previous experience in customer service or online sales is preferred
Strong communication skills (Sinhala & English required; Tamil is a plus)
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
