🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily administrative operations
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Monitor administrative costs and support cost control initiatives
Coordinate maintenance of office facilities and utilities
Manage transport and company vehicle coordination
Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports
Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams when required
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and discipline
🔹 Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication and coordination abilities
High attention to detail and responsibility
Willing to stay at company accomodation and Valid vehicle license
