Customer Support Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to handle daily customer interactions across multiple platforms.
Job Role:
🔹Handle all incoming customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Meta, TikTok, and calls.
🔹Provide quick and accurate initial responses to customer queries.
🔹Filter and assign inquiries to the relevant sales team members for follow-up.
🔹Ensure no customer inquiry is missed or delayed.
🔹Maintain proper records of inquiries and customer details.
🔹Follow up internally to ensure timely response and closure of inquiries.
🔹Escalate complex or urgent issues to the Customer Service Manager.
🔹Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication at all times.
Requirements:
🔹Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service / call handling / online inquiries.
🔹Good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
🔹Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and basic social media handling.
🔹Ability to respond quickly and handle multiple inquiries at the same time.
🔹Basic knowledge of Excel or record keeping.
🔹Willingness to work on a shift basis (Day & Night shifts).
🔹Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
