Key Responsibilities
Call Management:
Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls as required for followups, inquiries, and customer satisfaction.
WhatsApp Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries and messages on WhatsApp in a timely and helpful manner.
Maintain a friendly, professional tone while addressing customer concerns.
Social Media DMs (Meta Platforms):
Monitor and respond to direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries when necessary.
Customer Relationship Building:
Maintain a positive rapport with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction and improve customer retention.
Record Keeping:
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed logs for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Sinhala and Tamil proficiency is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with WhatsApp Business, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) messaging, and basic callhandling protocols.
Friendly, patient, and customerfocused mindset.
Preferred:
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
Familiarity with CRM tools or communication management platforms.
