Job Role: SEO Specialist
Location: Based in Kandy District - On-Site (Full-Time)
Position Summary:
We are excited to offer an SEO Specialist position within our dynamic digital marketing team. Our SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
*Development and implementation of effective SEO strategies & campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
*Running effective Google Ad campaigns & managing the campaigns.
*Writing multiple SEO optimized Blogs that will drive website traffic.
*Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
*Work closely with the content team to ensure all online content is optimized for search engines, including website content, blog posts, and social media updates.
*Monitor and report on website traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
*Perform competitor analysis to identify SEO strategies and opportunities for improvement.
*Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, updates, and best practices to continually enhance our digital marketing efforts.
*Creating monthly reports & KPIs for multiple clients.
*Assist our developers in their development projects.
Requirements:
*Must be able to work On-Site - Based in Kandy District (Full-Time).
*Expert knowledge in SEO, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
*Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and make data-driven decisions.
*Knowledge in SEO tools such as SEMrush & Ahref
*Knowledge in Power bi is a Plus
*Knowledge in custom coded websites and website builders such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX, etc.
*Proficiency in English Language.
*Exceptional attention to detail, especially in content creation, keyword research, and data analysis.
*Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and work under pressure.
*A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to our SEO strategies.
