Job Role & Benefits

Position: Tourism & Uber Driver

Experionce: Tourism experience preferred (Able to take own hire)

Vehicle: Toyota Allion / Toyota Corolla

Minimum Working Period: 5 days per week, 10 hours per day

Payment:

Salary LKR 1,000 per day if the driver completes LKR 10,000 daily income

Bata (Commission on Daily Income):

15% on daily income up to LKR 15,000

17% on daily income from LKR 15,001 – 20,000

18% on daily income from LKR 20,001 – 25,000

20% on daily income above LKR 25,001

Location Preference:

Driver should be located within 20 km radius of Wattala

Additional Hires:

Driver may take own hires above LKR 10,000

Own hires are eligible for additional payment, depending on the hire value

Vehicle Condition:

Fully insured vehicle with GPS monitoring facility

Legal & Conduct:

A formal contract will be signed

Drink & drive, careless driving, or traffic law violations are serious offences

Any damage, repairs, or legal costs arising from such actions will be the driver’s financial responsibility

Language Preference:

Ability to communicate in Sinhala, Tamil, and English

Ownest cost: Fuel, major repairs & maintenance.
