About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Call Center Executive to join our growing team and support student admissions, customer service, and lead management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling high call volumes, and the ability to convert inquiries into student registrations efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Guide prospective students on courses, content, schedules, and
career outcomes
Enter and update all leads accurately in the DOLEADS system
Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
Follow up on pending inquiries and ensure timely responses
Assist the team lead with daily reporting and quality standards
Maintain excellent customer service and support the admissions process
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of call center or customer service experience
Excellent communication in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
Strong sales, follow-up, and customer handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
Good computer literacy (Email, WhatsApp, CRM systems)
Positive attitude, punctuality, and high professionalism
