Cashray, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. 🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding company products, services, and procedures.
Convert inbound inquiries and leads into successful sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved.
Support marketing and recovery teams with customer-related communication when required.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, tele sales, or call center operations
(experience in financial services will be an added advantage).
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil proficiency is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
Good computer literacy, including MS Office and customer database systems.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
