We are seeking an experienced ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee and lead the operations of one of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to prepare shift schedules and assign tables to wait staff properly.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a highly professional manner.
Must have the inherent ability to build good business relationships with third parties.
Ensuring that the restaurant properly adheres to relevant health and safety regulations.
Experience in keeping detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly expenses and income, and ability to calculate future requirements for kitchen equipment and utensils, and place orders promptly as needed.
