ASST. SHOWROOM MANAGER
Job Role:
• Develop & implement comprehensive sales
strategies to achieve monthly and annual
sales targets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales providing
coaching.
• Mentoring, and performance feedback
• Build strong relationships with customers and meet
their expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of the showroom and operations,
ensuring clean.
• Arrange Professional and welcoming environment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with
management team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
preferably in the retails industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills and ability to motivate and inspire team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with focus on building rapport with customers.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to promote retail business of the showroom.
• Passed G.C.E A/L or certificate or professional certificate/ Diploma of Sales or Marketing.
