ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (Kottawa)
Job Role
• Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Data entry and recordkeeping
• Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and documents
• Prepare, edit, documents, reports. Perform data entry and maintain records.
• Processing invoice
• Reconciling financial report / Maintaing daily absent reports
Qualifications
• Minimum 01 year experience in relavent field
• Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Experience in office administration is an advantage
• Computer Diploma
• Candidates with a minimum of G.C.E. (A/L) qualifications
