As gas passes through, a small ball (float) rises; you read the measurement based on the ball's position against the scale.Adjustment Knob: The small brass knob at the bottom right allows you to fine-tune the flow rate, usually measured in Liters Per Minute (LPM) or Cubic Feet Per Hour (CFH).Inlet and Outlet:The top vertical threaded fitting connects directly to the gas tank valve.The barbed fitting on the left is where you attach the hose leading to your welding machine.
