• Age Below 35 Years
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
field (preferred)
• Proven 1 year + experience in an administrative or office
management role
• good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation
of the office
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other
communications on behalf of the team
• Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems for efficient retrieval
of information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with different departments to improve
administrative processes
