We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our accounting department by performing various tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with other accounting duties as needed.
**Responsibilities**
1.Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
2.Prepare and submit invoices to clients.
3.Reconcile financial statements and accounts.
4.Process expense reports.
5.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
6.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
7.Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
**Requirements**
1.Female
2.Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus
3.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel .
