💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Must-Have:

Prior experience leading telesales or contact-centre teams in fintech, payments, or banking

Strong track record of driving funnel conversion and coaching performance

Experience coordinating across Marketing, Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance functions

Strong analytical & leadership skills

Data-driven decision-making ability

Nice to Have:

Experience with Mastercore or similar onboarding platforms

Familiarity with PAYable products and merchant workflows

Lead and manage daily inbound and outbound sales operations

Drive team productivity across contact attempts and meaningful contacts

Monitor pipeline performance and team sales funnel efficiency

Drive deployment targets and collections performance

Coordinate with Marketing, Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams

Monitor lead allocation and ensure timely follow-up through CRM

Improve lead-to-application and application-to-deployment conversion rates

Ensure documentation quality and minimize rework

Coach team members and conduct performance reviews

Escalate operational issues and performance risks proactively
