Effects and Modeling: It offers 100 onboard high-quality digital effects, including distortion, overdrive, EQ, compression, delay, and reverb. It also features 26 amp and cabinet emulators, including models of classic amps like the Marshall JCM800, Fender Twin Reverb, and MESA Boogie.
Interface and Control: The G5n has four stompbox-style switches for real-time control, a built-in expression pedal for volume or effect parameters, and a large overview display for editing.
Connectivity: It includes a mono 1/4" input, stereo 1/4" outputs, a 1/8" headphone output, and an auxiliary input for connecting smartphones or music players. It also features a USB port for firmware updates and using the ZOOM Guitar Lab software.
