About this Role

Royal Ceylon, a luxury Sri Lankan fragrance brand inspired by the rich heritage of ancient Lanka, creates exquisite perfumes that blend tradition with modern elegance. We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our brand’s presence in local markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

-Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and suppliers.

-Promote and expand the brand’s presence in local markets.

-Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and brand activation events.

-Secure purchase orders from customers, and prepare timely sales reports.

-Ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time product delivery.

-Achieve the sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Male candidates aged 21–29 years are preferred.

-Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration , or related

field.

-A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

-Strong communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil will be an advantage.

-Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality.

-Good knowledge of MS Office applications and marketing strategies

-Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements as needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ( Monday To Friday)

8.30 AM – 1:30 PM ( Saturday )

Location: Kollupitiya ( Colombo 3 )

Job Type: Full Time
