About this Role
Royal Ceylon, a luxury Sri Lankan fragrance brand inspired by the rich heritage of ancient Lanka, creates exquisite perfumes that blend tradition with modern elegance. We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our brand’s presence in local markets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and suppliers.
-Promote and expand the brand’s presence in local markets.
-Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and brand activation events.
-Secure purchase orders from clients and customers, and prepare timely sales reports.
-Ensure efficient order fulfillment and on-time product delivery.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 23–29 years are preferred.
-Diploma, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Strong, fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
-Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
-Proficiency in IT tools, editing software, and social media marketing strategies.
-Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements as needed.
