Position Overview:
AK Karaoke Club is looking for a dedicated Waiter to join our service team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing our guests with an outstanding experience, managing orders, and maintaining a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, introduce them to menu items, and take orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation and correctness of orders.
3. Table Management: Clear and reset tables between guests, keep assigned areas clean, and assist in overall upkeep of the dining area.
4. Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth delivery and quality service during busy hours.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Engage with guests to provide a positive experience, address any requests or concerns, and handle feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of experience in a waiter or server role, preferably in a club or fast-paced restaurant setting.
2. Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
3. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
4. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the club schedule.
