Position Overview:
AK Karaoke Club is hiring a creative and skilled Chef with experience in club-style cuisine. We are looking for someone who can design and deliver a high-quality menu that enhances our guests' overall experience, bringing innovative, flavorful dishes to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Menu Development: Create and regularly update the menu to suit the club atmosphere, incorporating guest feedback and current culinary trends.
2. Food Preparation: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard, with an emphasis on presentation, flavor, and quality.
3. Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and minimize waste. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are used.
4. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that complies with health and safety regulations, including food storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
5. Team Leadership: Lead a small kitchen team, providing training on menu items, cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef, preferably with a background in clubs, bars, or similar establishments.
2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and quality control.
3. Ability to work creatively within budgetary constraints.
4. Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
