Working Hours : Monday to Friday 09.00am to 05.00pm and Saturday 09.00am to 02.00pm.

Overview
The Technical Operation Assistant supports the organization’s technical operations with a focus on kiosk status monitoring, customer technical support, and equipment maintenance. This role ensures the seamless operation of technical systems and provides prompt resolutions to technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Kiosk Status Monitoring and Reporting
• Monitor kiosk status to ensure proper functioning.
• Report issues and generate performance reports.
• Provide solutions to fix identified issues.
2. User Calls Related to Technical Problems
• Respond to user calls regarding technical problems.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting support and escalate unresolved issues.
3. Equipment Maintenance and Support
• Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of technical department equipment such as bikes, tools, etc. are performed by others.
• Check and verify that maintenance tasks are completed properly.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and repairs of technical equipment.
4. Other Tasks
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
