Showroom Executive

Branch Assistant Executive – Kurunegala

Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka's leading Wedding & Groom Wear showroom chains, is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-oriented Branch Assistant Executive to join our Kurunegala Branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a professional customer experience.

- Handle walk-in customers, telephone inquiries and WhatsApp inquiries.

- Coordinate customer appointments, bookings and sales follow-ups.

- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising and stock organization.

- Update system records and prepare daily operational reports.

- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

- Manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Candidate Profile

- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.

- Good computer literacy (MS Office, Email and basic computer applications).

- Previous experience in Sales, Retail or Showroom Operations will be a distinct advantage.

- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Well-organized, responsible and self-motivated.

- Applicants residing within a convenient travelling distance to our Kurunegala Branch will be given preference.
